Bob Case Plumbing & Electric is a residential and commercial contractor in Grand Bend, carrying plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work in-house. The shoreline brings a particular mix of work, year-round homes and seasonal cottages, frozen lines in January and packed cooling demand in July, and the shop is set up to cover all of it with licensed trades who live in the community they serve.

Carrying all four trades under one roof is the point. A renovation or a breakdown rarely stops at one, and one call to one accountable contractor beats coordinating two or three.

What we do

The work runs the full range across the shoreline. Here is what carrying plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical in one shop actually covers.

  • Electrical. Wiring, panel and service upgrades, standby generators, and EV chargers for homes and cottages.
